Time to Cook: Around 35-45 minutes

Chicken Breast Recipe Ingredients:

* 4 lean pieces of chicken breast

* Butter or margarine

* Salt and pepper (as required)

* 1 bulb of garlic (totally optional)

Cooking Method for this recipe:

Slice the chicken breasts from end-to-end to create a pocket.

Fill the pockets with slices or slivers of garlic (if required) and smear the butter or margarine across top of the chicken.

Gently dust the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and then put them in the oven to bake at 350 degrees. This recipe should serve 4 people.
