<description>This is great information. I also have some tips as well.

There are a few things you can do to grow taller but they must be done together and consistently. You can&#039;t just dabble a bit here and there and expect results.

There are certain stretching exercises you can do daily. Pick a certain time during the day and stick to it daily.

A good night sleep is essential to growing taller. Make sure you are getting at least 8 hours in.

Certain foods can aide in your height growth. You need to stick to a certain diet throughout this process.

Your body produces HGH (human growth hormones)which is the main ingredient to growing taller. There are HGH boosters you can buy at any health store in addition to certain foods that will help you produce HGH.

For more detailed tips on how to grow taller, just go to my Squidoo page. Lots more information.

		<description>Just a couple of thoughts:

Storing water is a risky proposition. You either risk drinking dangerous water, or water that you had to poison when you stored it.

A much better solution is to invest in a quality water filter. The AquaRain, for example, will filter pool, river, lake, pond or puddle water ... upt to 30,000 gallons on one set of filter elements. See
http://www.internet-grocer.net/aqua.htm

Also, canned foods from the grocery store will store FAR longer than their expiration dates say. See the following for the 2 times 100-year-old canned food has been found:
http://www.internet-grocer.net/how-long.htm

Best regards,
