It is very safe to say that more often than not, work can be a very stressful thing and it is easy to forget to eat what is good for you or perhaps if you are like what I used to be then you may not be eating much at all. What is it that you need to be doing to keep that mind and body in perfect shape?

Well the food you eat contains so many different types of fibres, nutrients and everything the body needs to actually keep running. The chances are if you are working 8 or more hours a day you are just going to be eating less and less of the things you should be having and more of the ones that you shouldn’t.

Eating Less Of

Many of these foods should really only be had on the very rare occassion but it is not the case when it comes to so many people working in an office. Meats are good for you there is no doubt about that but you shouldn’t be eating things like sausages, salami and meat pies a lot because these are very high in fat. Another big no is salted foods like peanuts and crisps. The reason that these types of food are popular among workers is simply because they are cheap and easy to eat, also they can be had when working.

On top of this you should steer clear from processed ready meals as these are also not great for you.

Eating More Of

You need to be eating a lot more of the lean meats and make sure you are having thsoe 5 fruit and veg all of the time. Try something a bit different, go for brown bread when you are making your sandwiches and go for pasta in the evenings.

So the next time you are wondering on what to have for lunch in that serviced office London and you are sitting on that rather dull ergonomic office seating make sure you are thinking about your health as well as your stomach.

Being comfy is also key to a good health so look into buy office furniture.
